Every self-employed person applying for Access to Work needs a business plan, regardless of how long they've been trading. Finding quotes

If you’re requesting unique equipment or specialist support workers, Access to Work may ask you to find 3 quotes for the specific support you’re asking for. The quotes you provide will determine the amount of money ATW will award you for support.

I'm on hand to make this process as smooth as possible. Drawing from my previous experiences, I can identify and secure quotes that reinforce your application and give you the best chances of getting exactly what you’re asking for.

It’s especially important to find specialist quotes if you want support workers who are not paid the minimum wage and who can genuinely meet your unique neurodivergent needs. Securing detailed and relevant quotes from specialists will strengthen your application and maximise the value of your ATW grant.

The last thing anyone needs is a delay in reimbursement due to what I affectionately call ‘bureaucratic hell’.

The easiest way to get support from ATW is to pay for things out of pocket, then claim the funds back from ATW.

But did you put the wrong date down? 2-month delay.
